摘 要:在高压密封溶样条件下,对影响微波消解矿样的主要因素(微波功率、压强、时间和样品质量等)进行了研究,通过正交试验分析对消解条件作了优化,确定了微波消解的最佳工作条件和方法。当矿石中铀的品位在0 02%~2 00%时,消解液中的铀用磷酸亚铁钒酸铵法测定,RSD≤5%,加标回收率达99 8%~100%;消解液中主要杂质元素可用常规化学分析和分光光度法测定,采用本法对铀矿石标准物质进行了分析验证,测定结果与标准值相符。试验结果表明,微波消解技术可以应用在铀矿冶分析中矿物的前处理,方法简便、快速,环境污染少,能耗低。To use microwave digestion technique for pretreating the uranium ore sample is studied. Under the condition of high pressure seal of ore sample, the main factors influencing microwave digestion (such as power of microwave, pressure, time of digestion, mass of sample, etc)are examined. The digestion conditions are optimized by the orthogonal test analyses and the optimum working conditions and methods of microwave digestion are determined. As the uranium content of ore is 0.02%~2.00%,the uranium in digestion solution can be determined by ammonium vanadate volumetric method, the RSD is less than 5%,recovery of uranium is 98%~100%.The main impurity elements in digestion solution can be determined with conventional chemical analysis and spectrophotometry. The method is certified by determination of standard samples, the analytical results are in agreement with standard values. The research results show the microwave digestion technique can be applied to pretreatment of minerals. The method is simple and rapid. It has less contamination, low energy consumption and obvious social and economic benefits.
