国产阿莫西林片剂的人体相对生物利用度研究

摘　　要：目的：研究国产阿莫西林片的相对生物利用度。方法：以进口阿莫西林片为参比制剂；高效液相色谱法测定人血清中阿莫西林。用３Ｐ８７ 软件计算药代动力学参数，ＮＤＳＴ程序进行方差分析，计算生物利用度。结果：国产和进口片的药－时曲线均符合一级吸收的二房室模型，两制剂各药代动力学参数间均无显著性差异，国产片的相对生物利用度为９９－０４％ 。AIM To study the relative bioavailibility of a domestic amoxicillin tablet. METHODS The amoxicillin in human serum was determined with high-performance liquid chromatography. The study was carried out in 8 healthy volunteers with a imported amoxicillin tablet as the reference formulation. RESULTS There was no significant difference in each pharmacokinetic parameter between the two formulations.The relative bioavailibility of the domestic tablet was 99 04%.CONCLUTION The domestic and imported amoxillin tablets were bioequivalent.
