一阶导数光谱法测定阴道炎栓中甲硝唑的含量

摘　　要：目的：测定阴道炎栓中甲硝唑的含量。方法：采用一阶导数光谱，以２９７ｎｍ 波长处测定。结果：一阶导数光谱振幅Ｄ值与甲硝唑的含量成线性关系，同时可排除栓剂中其它组分的干扰。测得平均回收率９９－４３ ％ ，ＲＳＤ为０－４２ ％ 。AIM To determine the contents of metronidazole in colpitic stype.METHODS The first derivtive spectra methods (at wavelength 297) were selected.There was linear ralationship between the contents of metronidazole and amplitude d at wavelength 297nm,the disturbance of the other compasitins had been eliminated.The average recovery was 99 43%,with relative standard deviation 0 43%.CONCLUSION This method for quantifative determination of metronidazole in colpitic stype was estabdished.
