海芋的生药形态学研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药海芋的生药学鉴别特征。方法：采用性状、显微和薄层色谱等鉴别方法。结果：海芋的中柱维管束主为周木型，少为外韧型；粘液细胞中含草酸钙针晶和簇晶，在中柱外侧分布较密集。在薄层色谱中可检出β－ 谷甾醇及２４－ 亚甲基环阿尔廷醇。结论：草酸钙结晶的形态、分布和薄层色谱的结果。AIM To investigate the pharmacognostical identification for chinese medicine Haiyu(Alocassia macrorrhiza).METHODS The morphological observation,microscopical study and TLC analysis were carried out RESULTS The type of the vascular bundle of the central cylinder was mainly amphivasal,partly collateral.There were clusters and raphides of calcium oxalate in the mucilage cells which are densely distributed in the outside of the central cylinder.β-Sitosterol and 24-methylenecycloartanol were detected by TLC.CONCLUSION The morphology and distribution of calcium oxalate crystal and the TLC results can be regarded as the principal identification characters of Haiyu.
