黄芪甲甙对^(60)Co辐射小鼠外周血细胞和骨髓三系细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨黄芪甲甙对６０ Ｃｏ 辐射小鼠外周血细胞和骨髓造血细胞的作用，了解其作用途径。方法：采用６．０Ｇｙ６０　Ｃｏ 辐射小鼠造成严重造血功能损伤，尾静脉采血计数外周血细胞及其分类，取一侧股骨骨髓计数骨髓有核细胞，取另侧骨髓制片，观察计数骨髓粒系分裂池，成熟池，贮存池骨髓细胞绝对值的动态变化。结果：黄芪甲甙对辐射损伤细胞与骨髓造血细胞有一定保护作用，使损伤脾细胞向正常逆转，加速粒细胞增殖与动员作用，促进成熟池粒细胞成熟进入贮存池，从而进入到外周血循环，对淋巴细胞有激活作用。AIM The effects of Astragaloside were investigated on peripheral blood and bone marrow cells of mouse treated with 60 Co radiation.METHOD Myeloid hematopoietic function was damaged by 6.0 Gy 60 Co radiation,the peripheral leukocyte count and classification were carried out in the blood from the rein of mouse tail.One side myeloid nucleus cells were collected for counting,the other one was for observing the change modile of bone marrow cells in the fission cistern.MATURITY cistern and storage cistern of granulocyte cistrn.RESULT Astragaloside have protective effects on cell lessioned and hematopoietic induced by radiation.The spleen cells were reversed to normal.The granulocyte proliferation,mobilization the covpable cells moving from the maturity cistern to the storage cistern,and then into the peripheral ciculation cistern,were accelerated.In addition,lymphocytes could also be activated by astragaloside.CONCLUSION Astragaloside have multiplicative effects on hematopietic mouse treated with 60 Co radiation.
