益骨安胶囊对家兔血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的：考察益骨安胶囊对正常家兔血液流变学指标的影响。方法：对正常家兔给药前后分别定时取血，检测某些血液流变学指标，进行统计分析。结果：益骨安胶囊（１６．２ｇ·ｋｇ－１） 具有明显的降低全血粘度（ 低切速） 、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度，并显著减少血浆中纤维蛋白原含量的作用。与抗骨增生片（１．５ｇ·ｋｇ－１） 比较作用相当。结论：表明该药具有较好的活血化瘀作用。其机制可能是通过降低血浆中纤维蛋白原含量和红细胞的聚集性，提高红细胞的变形性而发挥活血化瘀功效。AIM To study the effects of YiGu'An Capsule on the blood rheology in normal rabbits.METHODS Some indexes of the blood rheology of the rabbits were determined before and after YiGu'An Capsules were administrated.RESULTS After YiGu'An capsules(16.2g·kg -1 ) were administered,the blood viscosity,Plasma viscosity,reduct blood viscosity and plasma fibrinogen were decreased significantly.YiGu'An capsules showed the same efficiency on the above indexes as the Tablets of Kanggu Zengsheng (1.5g·kg -1 ).CONCLUSION Yigu'an showed a better efficiency on promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis which might be credited to its capability of decreasing plasma fibrinogen and erythrocyte aggregation and increasing transformation of erythrocyte.
