均匀沉淀法制备水杨酸微晶

摘　　要：目的：研究水杨酸微晶的制备工艺。方法：以硫酸二甲酯为预沉淀剂沉淀水杨酸制备微晶。结果：得到白色针状、平均粒径３４μｍ 的微晶。收率为９２ ％ 以上，各理化指标均符合中国药典规定。结论：均匀沉淀法制备水杨酸微晶，具有设备要求简单、易操作，产品粒度均匀的特点。AIM To study the technical process of Microcrystal of salicylic acid METHODS Microcrystal of salicylic acid was prepared through homogeneous precipitation with dimethyl sulfate as the pre-precipitant.RESULTS The white needle-like microcrystalline salicylic acid was obtained with the mean size of 34μm and the recovery was over 92%.CONCLUSION The technical process is practical and easy to operate,and the product is rather satisfactory.
