钼蓝比色法测定脑清片中氨基比林含量

摘　　要：本文提出以钼蓝比色法测定脑清片中氨基比林的含量。氨基比林在硫酸介质中，将磷相酸还原为磷相蓝，在700nm长波处测定吸收度计算含量。方法平均回收率为99．2±0．7%（n＝6）。对三批不同厂家的脑清片进行了测定，与法定方法比较，结果一致。?In this mpr a molybdenum blue colorimetric methed for determination of aminipyrine inNaoqing Pian is reported .Aminopyrine reduced phospho-molybdic acid to phospho-molybdenum blue in sulfuric acid medium quantitativly， and absorbance of solution was measured at 700nm,The analytical recoveryis 99．2 0．7％（n－6）．The contents Of three batches of Nqoqing Plan were detemened by the methedofficial methed． The method is comparable with the official assay of Naping Plan．
