车轮装饰盖零件的注射成型模拟

摘　　要：利用Pro/E建立了车轮装饰盖零件的 3D模型 ,并用MoldflowPlasticsInsight软件对其进行流动、保压、冷却和翘曲过程模拟。在数值模拟分析的基础上 ,得到该零件注射成型的可行工艺参数为 :充模时间 0 3 0～ 0 70s、注射压力 75～ 78MPa、锁模力 3 0 0t、注射速率 410cm3/s、注射温度 2 3 0℃、模具温度 60℃、保压压力 62MPa、保压时间10s、冷却时间 2 0～ 3 0s。The 3D model of de corate cover part was established with P RO/E software and the molding process,in cluding flowing,packing,cooling and warp ing,of the part was stimulated with Mold flow Plastics Insight software in the pa per Based on the results of the numeric al stimulation,a viable process plan was drawn,that was filling time 0 30～0 70 s ,inject pressure 75～78 MPa,clamping forc e 300 t,filling rate 410cm 3/s,injection temperature 230℃,mold temperature 60℃,pa cking pressure 62 MPa,packing time 10 s and cooling time 20～30 s
