摘　　要：40年来 ,中国援外医疗队在非洲极其困难的条件下 ,不断创造医学奇迹 ,在对外援助方面正在形成自己的特点。当前 ,在我国社会、经济的发展 ,以及政府机构和卫生体制的改革进程中 ,中国援外医疗队的工作出现了亟待解决的“派遣难”和“管理难”等问题。在本世纪 ,面对国际、国内社会经济发展的新问题 ,必须加强实施“走出去”战略 ,改革援助非洲医疗工作。为此 ,当前的新思路是 ,中国援外医疗工作要根据援外工作的实际需要 ,因地制宜 ,积极探索多种援助方式 ,全方位。For 40 years, Chinese Foreign Aid Medical Team has continued to create miracles of the medical science under the extreme hardships in Africa, with its own characteristics in foreign aid being formed. At present, during the course of China's social economic developments, and the reforms of governmental institutions and medical systems, some difficult problems demanding prompt solutions emerge in the work of Chinese Foreign Aid Medical Team, such as the difficulties of dispatchment and management. Facing the new problems in international and domestic economic and social developments, the “going abroad strategy' must be carried out and the medical assistance work toward Africa must be reformed. To this end, the Chinese Foreign Aid Medical Should explored, various ways of assistance according to the actual needs of the foreign aid work and local conditions, and the multi-level channels for foreign aid medical cooperation should also be expanded.
