摘  要: 利用正交试验对AZ91D压铸镁合金环保型阳极氧化成膜工艺进行了研究,结果表明,环保型阳极氧化成膜工艺能在镁合金上形成银灰色的氧化膜层,其耐腐蚀性与结合力接近于传统含铬工艺DOW17所形成的膜层,阳极氧化膜主要由MgAl2O4组成,为不规则多孔结构,其孔径比铝合金阳极氧化膜孔径大得多,在成膜过程中,阳极氧化电压和成膜剂是影响氧化膜性能的主要因素。The environmental friendly anodizing process for AZ91D die casting magnesium alloy was studied by using orthogonal test. The results showed that the slivery gray oxidation film was formed on the Mg alloy by the process. The corrosion resistance and adhesion of film came near conventional film formed by DOW17 process. The anodized film was mainly consisted of MgAl2O4. The film was irregular porous structure, whose aperture was great larger than anodized film of Al alloy. The properties of anodized film were dependent on the anodizing voltage and filmforming agent.
