摘　　要：文章介绍了江西省地矿局发展支柱产业的实践经验。江西省地矿局选择地质找矿、工程市场、矿业开发、多种经营为其支柱产业 ,通过为地方经济发展搞好地质服务、结构调整、以矿产、房地产为重点寻找经济增长点等项措施 ,做强做大支柱产业 ,提高其核心竞争力。The paper introduces some specific methods adopted by Jiangxi Provincial Geology and Mineral Resources Bureau for developing its pillar industry. In order to promote core competitiveness they take geological exploration, engineering market, mining development, and diversified economy as their pillar industry; provide geological services for the local economic development; look for economic growth points through structural adjustments and put emphasis on mineral resources and real estate. The paper then discusses the experience in developing the pillar industry and offers proposals for the next steps.
