不锈钢宫内节育环对增殖期子宫内膜超微结构的影响

摘  要:本文在电镜下观察了10例增殖期内膜,放环年限6—11年7例,正常对照3例。结果表明,腺上皮结构基本完整,纤毛和微绒毛未见异常,但部分腺上皮中细胞器的分布,数量和发育程度有明显的差异。有的细胞中还出现较多的脂滴或空泡和髓样小体,在少数例中腺细胞有不同程度的退变。基质细胞以Ⅱ、Ⅲ形成纤维细胞为主,基质中胶原原纤维明显增多。以上结果提示,节育环引起部分腺上皮发育分化异常和退行性改变,而引起固有膜增生或发育提前。10 cases of woman endometrium in the proliferative phase, in which 7 cases had used IUD for 6-11 years and 3 cases with normal menstrual cycle were used as control, were studied by means of electron microscope. The results indicated that the structure of glandular epithelium, in general, was intact and abnormal changes of cilia and microvilli had not been found. However, significal variation of distribution, number and developmental level of organelles appeared in some of glandular cells. In a few cases, more or less lipid droplets or vacuoles and myelin figures occuried in cytoplasma and some of glandular cells showed various degrees of degeneration. In the lamina propria of IUD-exposed endometrium, most of stromal cells belonged to types Ⅱ, Ⅲ of fibroblasts and the amount of collagenous fibrils obviously increased. It is suggest that IUD not only cause abnormal developmental differentiation and degeneration of glandular cells but also result in hyperplasis or premature cyclic development of lamina propria.
