摘　　要：本文从目前高校固定资产管理现状和分析主要问题成因出发,提出转变观念,进一步完善和创新高校资产管理,不断提高资产管理现代化水平的意见,可供同行工作参考。This article puts forward the transforming concept from the condition and cause of the college fixed estate management. And also puts forward the suggestions to complete and innovate the college estate management and raise the estate management level.
