摘　　要：朝鲜核问题源于美朝双方的长期敌视,伊拉克战争的胜利使美对朝态度更趋强硬,朝核问题逐渐陷入僵局.北京六方会谈开启了伊拉克战争后有关各方通过对话和平解决地区安全问题的新模式,为朝核危机的和平解决提供了历史机遇.The DPRK nuclear issue is derived from a long - standing hostility between the U.S. and the DPRK. The U.S. winning of the war on Iraq made its stance toward DPRK even tougher and the DPRK nuclear problem gradually reached a deadlock. The 'six - party talks' in Beijing initiated a new format for peaceful solution of the regional security problem through dialogue among various parties concerned. The 'six - party talks' provided a historic opportunity for the peaceful settlement of DPRK nuclear crisis.
