腰部髓核的应用解剖

摘　　要：本文对30例成人尸体的腰部髓核的形态进行了观察,测量了其厚度、矢径、横径及面积,计算了髓核的厚度与其椎间盘厚度及其上位椎体的厚度的比值。旨在为临床人工髓核的应用提供参考资料。The pulpal nuclei were studied on 30 adult cadavers (male18, female12). The thickness of pulpal nuclei at L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 levels was measured. The anterior part are 9.76mm, 9.61mm, 9.11mm, and the posterior part are 6.57mm, 6.43 mm, 5.77mm respectively in male. In female the anterior part are 9.36mm, 9.73mm, 9.24mm and the posterior part are 6.73mm, 6.12mm, 5.83mm respectively. The sagittal diameter of pulpal nuclei at L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 are 14.83mm,14.25mm, 11.79mm respectively in male, and 12.02mm, 12.22mm, 11.55mm respectively in female. The transversal diameoter of pulpal nuclei at L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 are 20.88mm, 19.77mm, 16.79nun respectively in male, and 17.93mm, 15.94mm, 13.81mm respectively in female.The correlation between thickness of intervertebral disc and area of its pulpal nuclei was discussed.
