西部现代集约持续农业发展战略思考

摘　　要：实施西部大开发,加快中西部地区的发展,是我国面向新世纪做出的重大决策,是关系我国全面实现小康的伟大战略。针对西部地区生态承载力状况,在分析我国农业生产组织形式发展阶段性的基础上,探讨了西部地区现代集约持续农业发展的可行性、必要性,以及发展现代集约持续农业的目标、内容和原则,提出现代集约持续农业发展模式是西部地区农业现代化发展的战略选择。To develop the west part of China and accelerate the development of the middle and west part of China is a policy shift in the new century and a grand strategy for the construction of welloff society in an allround way. On the basis of the ecological holding capacity of west China and analyzing the development phase of agriculture in our country, the paper discussed the feasibility, significance, aim, content and tenet of developing comprehensive and sustainable agriculture in the west part of China, and pointed out that to develop the modern comprehensive agriculture is the strategic choice for developing modern agriculture in west China.
