胆乐化瘀片治疗胆石症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨胆乐化瘀片治疗胆石症的临床效果。方法 将162例符合规定要求的患者分成对照组和治疗组,对照组62例服用胆石通胶囊,治疗组100例服用胆乐化瘀片,观察2个疗程。结果 治疗组显效率达44％,有效率达80％,与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),胆乐化瘀片对腹痛、腹胀、厌油等症状有明显改善作用。结论 胆乐化瘀片是治疗胆石症的理想药物。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Danle anti-stasis tablet on cholelithiasis. Method 162 patients who met the requirement were divided into 2 groups. 62 patients in control group took Danshitong capsule, while 100 patients in treatment group took Danle anti-stasis tablet. They were observed for 2 courses. Results In treatment group, the significant effective rate was 44% and the effective rate was 80%. There were significant differences between two groups( P<0.05). Danle anti-stasis tablet could greatly relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain, abdominal tenderness, and oil intolerance. Conclusions Danle anti-stasis tablet is an ideal drug to treat choletithiasis.
