摘　　要：目的 探讨不同性别高胆固醇血症 (HC)患者血浆P-选择素表达的特性。方法 用ELISA方法检测HC患者和非HC患者的血浆P-选择素水平。 结果 HC组患者的血浆P-选择素明显高于非HC组患者 (P<0.001);而男性患者血浆P-选择素表达水平与总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 (LDL -C)、甘油三酯(TG)水平的相关性较强 (r=0.445、0.414、0.373,均P<0.05);女性患者血浆P -选择素表达水平与TC呈正相关(r=0.457,P<0.05),与LDL-C、TG无相关性 (r=0.291、0.322 ,均P>0.05),而与糖尿病史、血糖值的关系更为密切。 结论 性别可影响HC患者血浆P -选择素的表达。Objective To investigate plasma P-selectin levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia of different gender.Methods Sixty six patient with hypercholesterolemia and 35 normal subjects were included in the study.The plasma P-selectin levels were detected with the method of ELISA.Results The plasma P-selectin levels were significantly higher in patients with hypercholesterolemia than those of normal subjects.The plasma P-selectin levels of male patients were positively correlated with the levels of TC,LDL-C and TG (r=0.445, 0.414, and 0.373, respectively,P<0.05);The Plasma P-selectin levels of female patients were positively correlated with the levels of TC (r=0.457,P<0.05), but not related to LDL-C and TG (r= 0.291 and 0.322,P>0.05); however there was a close relation with the blood pressure and serum glucose levels.Conclusion There may be a different expression pattern of the plasma P-selectin levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia of different gender.
