摘　　要：采用离心铸造法 ,严格控制化学成分和生产过程 ,得到了具有针状组织球墨铸铁的轧辊。该轧辊有较高的强度、韧性和硬度 ,硬度落差小 ,适用于高速线材粗轧、中轧机组 ,连续棒材的中轧、精轧机组等 。Acicular spheroidal graphite cast iron roll can be manufactured by the centrifugal casting process with strict control of chemical compositions and production process.Due to its high strength,toughness,hardness as well as small hardness drop,it is suitable to be used in mill trains,such as the rough and mid rolling of high speed rolling mill,the mid and finishing rolling of continuous rod rolling mill.
