摘　　要：通过对中医文献关于慢性肾衰竭病因病机的研讨 ,探析慢性肾衰竭的诊治思路。指出脾肾阳衰、浊邪瘀滞、壅塞三焦是慢性肾衰竭的基本病机 ;温补脾肾、化浊活血。According to the literatures about the pathogenesis and pathogenic factor of chronic real failure, the diagnosis and treatment of chronic real failure was discussed It is thought that yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, turbid pathogen and blood stasis clogging the triple were the basic pathogenic factors of chronic real failure So warming and recuperating the spleen and kidney, activating blood circulation and dissipating turbid pathogen were the original principles of chronic real failure
