摘　　要：根据老年人的社会心理行为特征和老年人对住宅功能的要求,阐述了老年住宅建筑设计中应把握的原则,提出了老年住宅建筑设计的要点,强调了老年住宅建筑设计要以人为本和以老年人为核心的设计思想。According to the features of social and psychological action of the aged and their requirements of housing function, the authors describe the principle and main points of the aged house design and stress the aged house design should stick to the idea of giving first consideration for the people, especially for the aged.
