摘　　要：网络电子期刊是以网络为媒介,通过电子邮件或文件传输方式将期刊的文本及时传送到用户计算机上的一种新型出版方式。它以其内容新颖、出版迅速、信息存储量大、检索功能齐全和资源共享程度高等优点,受到用户的欢迎。本文旨在通过介绍网络电子期刊的特点,分析国内外网络电子期刊开发利用的途径,进而提出我们开发利用网络电子期刊的具体措施与对策。Based on the net media, Internet Electronic Periodical is a kind of new periodical publication form which transfers electronic file to pc by FTP or TCPIP. It was welcomed by customers for its pop face, high speed, huge information providing, enough function for index and resourcesshared cooperation. By detailing the characters and the ways for the use of Internet Electronic periodicals at home and abroad, this article tries to come up to some new countermeasures to utilize it more efficiently.
