摘 要:为评定圆锥柄带角圆的柱面铣刀的外缘质量,以刀具在工程中的实际应用为基础,建立了最小外包容圆锥基准柄对称轴线的求解模型,推导出以此轴为基准的最小外包容圆柱和最小包容角圆回转面的评定模型.以圆锥基准柄带角圆的柱面铣刀外缘实际测量离散点为例,分别计算出最小外包容圆锥对称轴的方程、圆柱的半径和角圆心轨迹的半径及角圆半径,验证了上述模型的正确性和可行性.In order to evaluate the contours of toroidal milling cutters with a taper datum shanks a geometrical model has been established with the symmetrical axis of the minimum circumscribed taper datum shank as the evaluation datum, and models with minimum circumscribed cylinder and minimum circumscribed toroid have also been developed. The equation of the symmetrical axis of the minimum circumscribed taper shank, the radius of the minimum circumscribed cylinder, the tracing radius of the toroidal center and the radius of the minimum circumscribed toroid are calculated by taking the measuring point sets on the contour of milling cutter as the example. Test results verify these models are accurate and feasible. Therefore the ways and means of contour evaluation can provide a reference for evaluations of cutters with combined revolving contour.
