青岛市城市功能布局的现状特征与发展构想

摘　　要：城市在其自身发展的各个不同阶段均表现为城市总体规模上的扩大或缩小以及在地域空间上的扩展或萎缩.这些空间上的变动大都伴随着城市功能布局的演化和调整,而城市功能布局的优化又是城市规划的重要任务.在分析了青岛市城市功能布局的现状特征及其机制的基础上,提出了优化青岛市功能布局的未来发展构想与对策.The development of a city at different phases represents itself in the way of increase or decrease in city collectivity and the expansion or shrinkage of terrain space. The spatial change usually accompanies the deepening and adjustment of urban functional arrangements; meanwhile, optimizing urban functional arrangement is one of the important tasks for city planners. By analyzing the actual characters and mechanism of Qingdao's urban functional arrangements, the future development and optimization of functional arrangements of Qingdao are discussed.
