摘  要:对松花江斜拉大桥钢梁用Q42 0E厚板对接接头的埋弧焊焊接工艺进行了研究。通过对不同焊接工艺条件下焊接接头的组织性能分析 ,发现Q42 0E钢板焊接接头低温冲击韧性对焊接热输入量较敏感。在较大焊接热输入条件下焊接 ,焊缝金属产生粗大先共析铁素体、过热区产生粗大粒状贝氏体 ,焊接接头低温冲击韧性因此降低。为使焊接接头各部位 -4 0℃夏比冲击韧性满足桥梁设计要求 。In this paper the Submerged Arc Welding procedures for Q420E butt joint of Songhua River Stayed-cable Bridge were investigated. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints with different welding procedures were analyzed. It was discovered that the low temperature toughness of Q420E welded joint was sensitive to welding heat input. The coarse primary ferrite appeared in weld metal, and coarse bainite appeared in heat-affected zone under larger heat input welding condition, which caused low temperature toughness lower. In order to make the welded joint charpy impact toughness at -40℃ to meet the technical requirement of the bridge, the welding heat input should be controlled strictly.
