摘 要:在提出熵值-TOPSIS评价法的基础上,探讨了改进理想解法在铁路货场物流规划方案综合评价中的应用。通过建立货场物流服务水平评价指标体系,对3个货场的综合物流服务水平进行了综合评价。针对一般评价中指标权重确定时的主观性较强的缺点,结合熵的概念进行评价指标权重的确定,并综合利用TOPSIS法得到各方案的贴近度,进行方案排序,使得综合评价方法更加客观,为制定合理的区域铁路货场物流发展规划提供了依据。Based on the entropy and TOPSIS evaluation method, the paperdiscusses the application of mending ideal solution in the logistics planningof railway freight yards. By establishing the evaluation index system on logisticsservice level of freight yards, the paper gives a comprehensive evaluation onthe comprehensive logistics service level of three freight yards. Regarding theweakness of strong subjectivity in determining the weight of index by commonevaluation, the weight of evaluation index can be defined by combining withthe concept of entropy. The similarity of each plan can be obtained by acomprehensive utilization of TOPSIS method. The comprehensive evaluationmethod is more objective after plan-sorting, which provides a solid referencefor the proper logistics development planning of regional railway freight yards.
