摘　　要：全球化作为一种不可逆转的潮流,正在影响和改变着各国青年,在全球化背景下,世界青年出现了某些明显的趋同趋势,时代的变化和形势的发展要求我们的青年工作要与时俱进,确立与全球化相适应的青年工作对策。As an irrecoverable trend, globalization is influencing and changing youth of every country. Under the background of globalization, some apparent trends characterized with universal agreement have been found in the youth of the world. The change of time and the development of environment require us to conduct our youth work along with the time, and take some measures suitable to the globalization in the youth work.
