20世纪西方通货紧缩理论发展述评与借鉴

摘　　要：通货紧缩对经济社会是有害的 ,目前各国正致力于解决通货紧缩问题。西方经济理论界对通货紧缩的成因及其治理有许多较成熟的研究成果 ,这些理论对解决我国的通货紧缩问题有参考价值。治理我国的通货紧缩不仅要解决货币金融层面的问题 ,而且要解决实体经济层面和社会制度层面的问题。采取适应周期的政策 ,着力进行经济结构和金融结构的调整 ,通过制度的重新安排 ,发展企业间的并购重组市场 ,改善货币供给面的效率 。The deflation is harmful to economy and society. Now many countries all over the world are fighting against deflation. The western countries have made deeper theoretic research on the causes and resolving methods of deflation than our country; many of the western research accomplishment on deflation to different extent can be used for explaining deflationary problem in china too. Therefore, it helps to analyze the causes and influence factors of deflation in china; predict the development trend of deflation; find out the effective resolving measures of deflation to comprehensively realize the development of the western deflationary theories in the twentieth century.
