摘　　要：典当行业作为非金融类的特殊工商企业,近年来随着政策的放开,其经营领域不断拓宽,在为中小企业融资方面显现了良好的前景。但目前行业发展很不平衡,资本方对企业的定位和从业人员素质是拓业成败的内在制约因素,在加强行业监管和整合力度的同时,现阶段典当企业应尽快确立生存和发展之道。Pawnbroking is a special non-finance industry. With opening policy applied in recent years, its operation area has been extending, indicating the mush better opportunity to the finance for the small and medium enterprises than before. Well ,on the other hand, the development of Industry is not very balanced, what mostly decided the success or failure of a certain business is still the mission-orientation of the enterprise and service quality of its employees. So, what should be done right now is to enforce the supervision and conformation of the industry && make sure of the paths of survival && development of the business.
