补肾法对100例冠心病心绞痛NO、NOS、SOD、MDA影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察补肾法对冠心病心绞痛的NO、NOS、SOD、MDA的影响。方法 :用单硝酸异山梨酯作为对照 ,服药前后记录NO、NOS、SOD、MDA、心绞前症状、心电图ST -T改变、动态心电图缺血性ST -T改变的时间、血粘和血脂的情况。结果 :补肾中药治疗后 ,病人NO、NOS、SOD明显升高 ,MDA明显下降 ,NO (umol/L)由 4 7 6 1± 8 76改善为 71 84± 13 2 6 ,NOS (u/ml)由 1 6 4±0 2 3改善为 2 31± 0 2 9,SOD (u/ml)由 4 6 34± 5 6 2改善为 6 4 5 4± 9 10 ,MDA (um/ml) 8 96± 1 76改善为 6 71± 1 4 3,心绞痛总有效率为 94 % ,心电图改善总有效率为 71% ,动态心电图缺血性ST -T改变的时间 (分钟 )由 135 91± 17 94改善为 4 1 36± 6 2 4 ,与单硝酸异山梨酯治疗的对照组对比 ,有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :补肾法治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效明显 ,能明显升高NO、NOS、SOD ,明显降低MDA ,且没有任何的毒副作用。Objective:To observe the influences of NO,NOS,SOD,MDA of the Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney in patients with angina pector is. Methods:60 patients with angina pectoris were treated by chinese medicine of tonifying the kindey and the NO,NOS,SOD,MDA symptoms,ECG(ischemic ST-T changes),holter ECG,blood viscosity and bolld fat were recorded. Results:Obvious rise of NO,NOS,SOD and drop of MDA. The improving of NO(umol/L)from 47.61±8.76 to 71.84±13.26,NOS(u/ml)from 1.64±0.23 to 2.31±0.29,SOD(u/ml)from 46.34±5.62 to 64.54±9.10,MDA(um/ml)from 8.96±1.76 to 6.71±1.43,the total effecacy of chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney to the improving of angina pectoris amounted to 94%,that to the improving of ECG amounted to 71%,the improving time(minutes)of holter ECG from 135.91±17.94 to 41.36±6.24. The rise of NO,NOS,SOD and the drop of MDA and the therapeutic effecacy of chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney are better than isosorb idi mononitratis with significant difference between these two drugs( P <0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney is useful to the treatment of angina pectoris and obvious rise of blood NO,NOS,SOD,and obvious drop of blood MDA,without any side effect.
