摘 要:研究了环缝磨的资源消耗特性,主要是磨料介质消耗特性及环缝磨能量消耗特性。根据磨料介质的消耗特性及粉碎过程中不断变化的物料性质,优化了介质条件;根据能量消耗特性,把粉碎区制作成上大下小的锥形体,随着物料被磨细,转子周边线速度逐渐提高,颗粒脉动速度逐渐增加,在一次粉碎过程中粉碎能量逐渐递增,从而改进了磨料区能量的分布。实际应用表明,改进后的环缝磨可以缩短研磨时间,降低磨料介质和粉碎能量消耗,提高了资源的利用率。Ihe material resource consumption charac-teristics of abrasive medium and the energy consumptioncharacteristics in annular gap mill (AGM) were analyzed.Consumption characteristics of abrasive medium indicate:when abrasive medium are prolonged in the mill, the ratioof ball to ground material is increased and the concentra-tion of ground material is decreased, the abrasion ratio ofmedium will increase. Based on the characteristics, abra-sive medium with the same size, the same quality andgreater density should be used during initial stages, whilethe mixed abrasive medium with different and smaller sizebe used during final milling, meantime the filling ratioshould be up to 70%~80% and the whole grinding pro-cess be divided into multilevel continuous operations. Thecharacteristics of energy consumption indicate:during themilling process, when ground material is minished insize, comminuting energy will increase; the impulsive ve-locity of grain varies with velocity of the rotor and the en-ergy distribution is uniform. Based on the characteristics,comminuting section is designed as taper, as a result thevelocity of rotor will gradually increase, and the com-minuting energy will increase by degrees in once grindingprocess. The applications show: using cone AGM, theenergy distribution on grinding section is ameliorated, the grinding time is cut down, the consumed abrasive mediumand energy are reduced by means of optimized mediumconditions and multilevel continuous grinding processes.
