当归针穴位注射对慢性肾炎高血压大鼠PRA、AngⅡ的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨当归针穴位注射对慢性肾小球肾炎高血压大鼠的影响及其机制。方法　采用阿霉素肾病结合二肾一夹高血压模型 ,当归针注射“曲池”、“肾俞”穴 ,共 2个疗程 ,以开博通作阳性对照。结果　当归针穴位注射具有与开博通相仿的降低血压和肾功能保护作用。当归针组血浆中 PRA、Ang 显著低于模型组 ( P<0 .0 0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,Ang 与开博通组比较无统计学差异。结论　当归针穴位注射可以降低慢性肾炎高血压大鼠血浆 PRA、Ang 。Objective To investigate its possible mechanism for decreasing blood pressure (BP) and protecting renal function of angelica acupoint injection on chronic glomerulonephritis hypertension. Methods The model was induced firstly by applying adriamycin induced nephropathy model, then taken 2K1C model methods,. Bilateral Quchi(LI 11) and Shenshu(BL 23)were injected by angelica once daily, for two treatment courses. BP were measured before and after treatment respectively. The therapeutic effects were compared with captopril group and normal saline acupoint injection (SAI) group. plasma renin activity(PRA)、angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) in blood were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results Angelica group's BP significantly decreased( P <0.001), BUN and Scr decreased evidently also( P <0.01, P <0.05 respectively). Compared with captopril group , they all have no statistics significance. AngⅡand PRA dramatically decreased in angelica group( P <0.001, P <0.05 respectively), the therapeutic effects was near to capotopril group, and much better than SAI group. Conclusions Angelica acupoint injection can decrease BP and retard the deterioration of renal function in chronic glomerulonephritis hypertensive rats model.
