摘　　要：东雅苑在有限的绿地空间中,突破了以往的绿化种植模式,构建高效益的复合植物群落。各个景区具有鲜明的主题和构思特点,融观赏性、娱乐性、趣味性和服务性于一体,受到了房地产商和业主们的欢迎和认可。The article presents some measures and approaches by which the high-quality landscape environment is built under the circumstance of high building coverage, and this represents the characters of Dongya Garden. Within the limited green land, high -quality plant community is built. Each district of Dongya Garden has its own apparent subject and characteristics, and joints the functions for appreciation, entertainment, interest and service in perfect harmony. Both the real estate agent and the residents enjoy it.
