摘  要:在现有对流受热面积灰监测系统的基础上,以太原第一热电厂11号炉为对象,利用实际监测结果,对该模型的灵敏度进行了深入分析。利用锅炉校核程序生成的运行参数,进行灰污监测仿真实验。结果表明:三级过热器可以容忍±3%的测量误差,一级再热器可以容忍±5%的测量误差,省煤器的异常敏感参数比其它受热面要多,只能容忍±1%的测量误差。该文揭示了省煤器监测结果可靠性差的原因,为进一步改进积灰监测模型提供了依据。Ref[1]has developed a set of methods to performance online monitor of fouling on convective heating surfaces, which have been successfully developed on No.11 boiler of Taiyuan No.1 Power Plant. This article is based on the monitoring results of this boiler and the fouling characteristic parameters'sensitivity on measurement errors of operation data has been further analyzed. Emulation tests for fouling monitoring have been conducted by taking advantage of operation data produced by boiler checking program. The results show that 3rd superheater and 1st reheater can tolerate respectively ±3%, ±5% measurement errors, while the singularly sensitive parameters of the coal economizer are so man that it can only tolerate ±1% measurement error. This article disclosed the reason why the monitoring precision of the coal economizer is reatively low, which helps to improve this monitoring model. Figs 7 and refs 7.
