系统性红斑狼疮胸部病变的临床及X线表现

摘　　要：本文回顾总结了89例系统性红斑狼疮胸部病变的临床及X线表现,着重X线分析。主要X线表现为急性狼疮性肺炎;肺间质纤维化;间质性肺炎;盘状或节段性肺不张;膈肌升高;胸腔积液和胸膜肥厚粘连。心影异常可分为普大型、主动脉型,二尖瓣型.可伴有肺动脉高压和肺淤血。本文还对本病发病机理、鉴别诊断等进行了讨论。Clinical manifestations and thoracic X-ray findings of 89 cases with systemic lupus erythematosus were reviewed in this paper, X-ray analysis was particularly noticed. The main X-ray findings were acute lupus pneumonia, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, interstitial pneumonia, disciform or segmental atelectasis, diaphragmatic elevention, pleural effusion, pleural thickening and adhesion. The hearts were either totally enlarged, or belonging to aortic type and mitral type enlargement. Pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary congestion may be present, the pathogenesis and the differential diagnosis of SLE were also discussed.
