摘  要:在盘锦海岸闲置虾池进行地下炸药震源物探作业对围隔养殖环境影响的模拟实验,并对围隔养殖水质、底质和生物做了影响评价。水质和沉积物监测表明,震前和震后无明显差异。文蛤死亡检验表明,震后未发现一粒文蛤死亡。电镜切片结果表明,震后2h01号站腹足组织细胞线粒体结构出现轻微肿胀,腹足微绒毛的十二倍体结构出现增大、变形现象,震后48h04号站腹足微绒毛的十二倍体结构出现增大、变形现象,内脏腺细胞结构完整、正常。地震影响的最大半径在44m以内。A simulation experiment with the impacts of Underground dynamite epicenter geophysical exploration on Mesocosm (environment) was studied in the unused shrimp pond along Panjin coast, and the effects on Mesocosm water quality, bottom quality and biology were evaluated. The monitoring results of water quality before and after explosion were basically same, only except that the dissolvable oxygen was less reduced (minimum is 642mg/L). The monitoring results of bottom quality showed that the (chemical) elements in sediment before and after explosion have no difference. The death test of Meretrix meretrix showed that there was no one death after explosion. The result of electrical microscope slice showed that the structure of abdominal foot histiocyte (mitochondria) appeared gently swell, and abdominal foot microvilli's twelve diploid structure appeared accretion and distortion on (number) one station after 2 hours of explosion, abdominal foot microvilli's twelve diploid structure appeared accretion and distortion and viscera gland cellularity kept integrity and normal on number 4 station after 48 hours of explosion. The maximum radius was (less) than 44 meters by the impact of explosion.
