摘  要:用戊二醛(GA)将乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)交联在透析膜上,并与pH电极结合,由此开发出一种基于固定化酶的电位型传感器。该酶电极可以快速、灵敏地测定海水中的久效磷。仪器对海水中10-10~10-7的久效磷农药具有极好的线性响应,检测下限为0.1μg/L,加标回收率在90%~103%之间,分析1个海水样品只需50min。In this paper, a potentiometric biosensor based on immobilized enzyme was developed by crosslinking acetylcholinesterase (AChE) with glutaraldehyde on a piece of dialytic membrane at the pH electrode surface. The AChE-electrode was used for the (rapid) and sensitive detection of monocrotophos in seawater. It showed a better linear response to monocrotophos in seawater when its concentration changed from 10^(-10) to 10^(-7). In additon, it had a detection limit of 0.1μg/L and a recovery rate from 90% to 103%. With this biosensor, detecting one sample could finish in 50 minutes.
