摘　　要：文章使用健康经济学的分析方法对我国当前医疗保障水平的总体状况及结构特征进行了描述性分析,并对该水平与经济运行其他因素的关系进行了相关分析,以为我国医疗保障制度改革"低水平,广覆盖"的目标寻找理论依据,最后提出了确定我国适度医疗保障水平的一些标准。All the developed countries have experienced the rapid increase of medical care expenditure, which has brought heavy burden to the national revenue and provides challenge and turning point to the development of health economics. Applying the methodology of health economics, the paper makes a descriptive analysis of the current level of medical security and its structure in China. It also makes correlation analyses on the level and other factors in the system of national economy to search for a theoretical foundation for the target of reforming the 'low level, wide coverage' of the medical security system in China. Finally, it offers some standards on the appropriate level of medical system in China.
