摘　　要：农村城镇化是解决"三农"问题的根本出路。城乡分割的户籍制度和城乡二元经济结构,是农村城镇化进程中产生"农民工"这一特殊社会群体的基本条件。在我国的特殊条件下,"农民工"是推进农村城镇化的生力军。但是,"农民工"所面临的歧视性待遇,又会制约城镇化的健康发展。把"农民工"转变为真正意义上的城市居民,是农村城镇化必须完成的艰巨历史任务。Urbanization of rural areas is the fundamental solution to the issue of farmers. Separated registration system of the urban and rural areas and the dual economic structure of the urban and rural areas are the basic causes of the special social community of 'farmer workers' in the process of urbanization of rural areas. Under the special circumstances of china, 'farmer workers' is the new force to promote the urbanization of rural areas. The biased treatments faced by the 'farmer workers' will restrain the healthy development of the urbanization of rural areas. Converting 'farmer workers' into urban citizens in the actual sense is the hard historical task that must be fulfilled in the process of urbanization of rural areas.
