摘　　要：本文对123例经手术病理证实的胃癌病例,於术前进行了双对比造影与灰阶超声扫描检查。通过观察、比较及分析,指出了各自的实用价值与限度。二者的联合应用,发挥了各自的优点,互补不足,扩展了放射诊断的范围,提高了胃癌的影像诊断水平。123 gastric cancer cases, confirmed pathologically after operation, were conducted both double—contrast radiography and grey scale ultrasound scan before operation. By observation, conparision and analysis, each examination method has its practical value and limitation respectively. The combined use of the methods will show their respective excellence and will remedy the imperfection each other. So that, the scope of radiodiagnosis is expanded and the accuracy of image diagnosis of gastric cancer is improved.
