摘　　要：目的 :培养猪冠状动脉平滑肌细胞 (SMCs)。方法 :分离猪心冠状动脉 ,用贴块法进行操作。结果 :细胞传至第 4代时 ,锥虫蓝染色检查细胞存活率 95 % ,用光学显微镜、免疫组织化学法进行α 肌动蛋白染色来鉴定SMCs ,其纯度约 96 %。结论 :该法经济而简单易行。Objective:To culture porcine coronary artery smooth m uscle cell.Methods:The coronary artery was separated mecha nically and cut into fine tissue pieces which were used for the culture of coron ary artery SMCs by method of adhesion to wall of the culture bottle.Results:The viability rate of the cell was 95% in the 4th passage by Trypan blue. Cells wer e identified by light microscope and immunohistochemical test(Monoclonal mouse anti α smooth muscle actin) and the purity was 96%.Conclusion: This method is convenient and simple.
