摘　　要：随着全球环境的恶化及其带来的一系列恶果 ,人们逐渐地认识到保护环境和发展经济都是促进生产、改善生活的重要手段。当前的国际形势也使世界各国都意识到 :全球环境问题的真正解决必须建立在都能得到认可的“环境公正”的基础上。从现有的环境公正的一般分类入手 ,论述建立国际环境公正的依据 。With the worsening of global environment and a series of evil consequence caused by the environment,people have gradually understood that protecting environment and developing economy are the important measures to promote production and improve life.At present the international situation makes the all countries in the world understand:real solution for the problems of global environment must be built on the foundation of “environmental justice”.From the common classification of the current environmental justice,the paper discusses on te grounds of establishing international environment justice and puts forward basic principle and concrete regulations for building international environment justice. [
