摘　　要：目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定利福昔明的含量。方法:色谱柱为C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇—0.075mol·L^(-1)KH_2PO_4溶液-1.0mol·L^(-1)枸橼酸溶液(75:26:4),检测波长为254nm;流速为1.0mL·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围:10.0～100.0μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9999,回收率99.2％。供试品溶液在8h内稳定性良好,日内重复性RSD=0.24％,日间重复性RSD=0.50％。结论:本方法简单、快速,结果准确。Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of rifaximin. Methods: The ODS column was used in this study, mobile phase was the mixture of methol-0.075mol·L-1 KH2PO4-1.0mol·L-1 citric acid solution(75 :26 : 4) , the detection wavelength was set at 254nm and the flow rate was 1mL·min-1. Results:The linear relationship was good in the range of 10.0 -100.0μg·mL-1(r = 0.999 9),the content of sample solution for test was stable for 8h.The RSD for reproducibility within a day was 0.24 % and within 3 day was 0.50%. The recovery was 99. 2 % . Conclusion: This method is rapid,simple and accurate.
