摘　　要：滇黔桂地理上相互连接,旅游资源丰富且特色鲜明、互补性强。三省区联合开发国际旅游线路既有必要性,又有良好的资源、交通与产业发展基础。其关键问题是必须加强旅游基础设施的软硬件建设、合理选定联合开发的具体线路和以创新的思维与高起点来构建三省区联合开发国际旅游线路的运作机制。Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi provinces are bordered and all have abundant tourist resources which are characteristic and complementary. The three provinces not only have the necessary, but also have firm foundation on resources, transportation and industry development to develop international tourist line associatively. But three critical problems must be resolved: enhance the development of software & hardware on infrastructure, logically determine the exact line to be developed establish the operation mechanism based on innovative thinking & advanced starting point to develop the international tourist line with the three provinces' association. 
