摘　　要：《乐府诗集》是最为重要的一部宋前乐府诗歌总集,也是乐府制度、乐府文学研究的珍贵史料。在它的流传过程中,出现了书名讹误和作者朝代名讹误两种现象。文章清理了南宋至清代的误名、误时现象,认为其与《乐府诗集》自身的刊刻流传紧密相关,同时也受相关同类书籍流传的制约。Folk Songs and Ballads form the important collection of poems before the Song Dynasty. The book also provides valuable historical materials for the research of the official conservatory for collecting and composing folk songs and ballads system and folk songs and ballads literature. In its history, the book suffered the errors in title and in historical stage. The paper summarizes these errors and points out that the errors have something to do with printing and spreading; meanwhile the errors also show that they were influenced by the other folk songs and ballads books. 
