摘　　要：运用管理科学和比较体育的有关理论和方法,对世界足球彩票的发展情况和一些主要国家的足球彩票管理模式进行了分析和讨论,总结了国外足球彩票的4种基本管理模式,分析了与之相应的相关法规,旨在为我国足球彩票的发行工作提供借鉴。In this paper,the author analyzed the management modes of soccer lottery in the major countries in the world by means of theories and methods of management and sports. Four basic managing modes of the foreign countries and relative laws and regulations were analyzed in order to provide references for the distribution of the Chinese soccer lottery.
