摘　　要：采用文献资料法、调查统计法、综合分析方法,对重庆市少数民族体育的文化特征、起源与演变、项目分类进行研究。结果显示,重庆市少数民族体育文化呈现出多元性、交融性和涵摄性特征,其项目按活动适宜人群年龄可划分为儿少体育、青壮年体育和老年体育项目3类。建议开发当地少数民族体育资源为群众体育服务,利用少数民族体育资源开发特色旅游产业。The authors studied cultural features,origin,evolution,item category of sports of (minority) peoples in Chongqing with adoption of document study,statistics and comprehensive analysis. It was demonstrated the sports of these minority peoples were diversified and mixed. The sports items could be divided into sports for teenagers,for the young people and for the aged. It was suggested that these sports items needed to be developed into mass sports items and special tourism could be opened up with the use of these sports resources.
