摘　　要：从实体法与冲突法两个角度提出了完善我国涉外产品责任法制的建议,并通过分析指出,我国加入《海牙产品责任法律适用公约》应是各方面条件均为成熟之时。This thesis makes some suggestions on the perfection o f Chinese legal liability about foreign-involved products from the perspectives of the su bstantial law and law of conflict. It also points out that only when all the req uirements are satisfied should China approve Hague Convention on App liance of Products Liability Law.
