摘　　要：虚拟施工技术是通过应用虚拟现实、计算机仿真等技术对实际施工过程进行计算机模拟和分析 ,达到对施工过程的事前控制和动态管理 ,以优化施工方案和风险控制。总结归纳了虚拟施工的概念和支撑关键技术 ,介绍了虚拟施工技术在国内外的工程应用实践情况 。The essence of virtual construction(VC) is computer simulation and preview to construction by applying virtual reality and computer simulation.Based on the VC,contractor can realize beforehand controlling and dynamic management for construction,and optimize the construction organization and risk controlling.The paper summaries the conception of VC and its key techniques,introduces the applications of VC in the projects.The paper also brings forward the system development model.
